Programme: Mental Health and Wellbeing Adventure

A unique combination of adventure activities and mental wellbeing coaching to support students and improve their mental health and wellbeing. We teach wellbeing techniques to develop students’ coping strategies to deal with everyday pressures more effectively and ease anxiety and stress.

Our aim is to bring students together outside of their normal world and bring them into a new natural environment to discover a new sense of self with purpose and value. Students will foster friendships and learn strategies to cope better with adversity, taking home useful tools they can adapt to everyday life.
